In fact, farmers' organizations on Monday once again announced a Mahapanchayat at Delhi's Jantar Mantar with their demands. Delhi administration is fully alert to this. Police security has increased in many places. In order to avoid any untoward incident, police have made heavy arrangements at Jantar Mantar in Delhi including the Singhu border, and Ghazipur border. Every incoming vehicle is being checked. Let us inform you that many farmer organizations under the banner of United Kisan Morcha are gathering to stage a dharna at Jantar Mantar from 11 am to 4 pm today against the promise of the government. At the same time, the first meeting of the MSP committee constituted by the Union Agriculture Ministry is also to be held at 10.30 am today.

Delhi Police Special Commissioner Law and Order Deependra Pathak said that he has appealed to the farmers not to go to Jantar Mantar. Doing so may disturb the law and order. Delhi's Jantar Mantar is also being closely monitored. Barricades have been put up to stop the farmers. The Metro has also been put on high alert. According to the information, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait was stopped at the Ghazipur border when he was trying to go to Jantar Mantar. Later the police took him into custody and released him.


It is worth mentioning that the United Kisan Morcha and many farmers' organizations want to hold a one-day demonstration on many issues including unemployment, and justice in the Lakhimpur Kheri case, but Delhi Police has not allowed this demonstration. On the other hand, Delhi Police issued a traffic advisory saying that in view of the Mahapanchayat at Jantar Mantar on behalf of the United Kisan Morcha, it is appealed to the people traveling on the road to make a plan in advance so that they can avoid going on these routes. Avoid. The roads on which people are going to face problems are- Tolstoy Marg, Sansad Marg, Janpath (outer circle of Connaught Place to Windsail Place), Outer Circle of Connaught Place, Ashoka Road, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, and Pandit Pant Marg.
