  Farmers' organizations are once again preparing for the movement in Delhi.  The United Kisan Morcha has announced a Mahapanchayat at Jantar Mantar on Monday.  But  the police have not allowed farmers from outside the capital to come.  In view of the demonstration of the farmers, police security has been increased in many areas of Delhi including the Singhu border . In fact, farmers' organizations on Monday once again announced a Mahapanchayat at Delhi's Jantar Mantar with their demands.  Delhi administration is fully alert to this.  Police security has increased in many places.  In order to avoid any untoward incident, police have made heavy arrangements at Jantar Mantar in Delhi including the Singhu border, and Ghazipur border.  Every incoming vehicle is being checked.  Let us inform you that many farmer organizations under the banner of United Kisan Morcha are gathering to stage a dharna at Jantar Mantar from 11 am to 4 pm today against the promise of the government
