Cyrus Mistry: The last rites of Cyrus Mistry took place in Mumbai with Parsi customs
The last rites of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry were performed as per Parsi customs at the Worli Crematorium on Tuesday. 54-year-old Cyrus Mistry was killed in a road accident in Maharashtra's Palghar district on Sunday afternoon. The body of Cyrus Mistry, decorated with white flowers, was taken from JJ Hospital to Worli Crematorium this morning. Here his friends, relatives and well-wishers paid their last respects. Members of the Parsi community, business leaders and politicians attended the cremation. All the celebrities of the industry attended the funeral Simon Tata, stepmother of senior industrialist Ratan Tata, also attended Cyrus Mistry's funeral.
