Viruman - Earned five crores on the first day

  


Karthi's film Viruman is getting a great response in theatres. Even before the release of the film, Karthi's fans were eagerly waiting for this film. Veerman, based on the relationship between father and son, is winning the hearts of the audience.

Made with a budget of 40 to 50 crores, the film collected five crores on the first day at the box office.

Tamil masala-action drama film has been released on screen. The film is directed by M Muttiah under the banner of 2D Entertainment. The film Viruman, based on the relationship between father and son, stars Karthi in the lead role, while Aditi Shankar is making her debut in Tollywood with this film. Veteran actor Prakash Raj plays Karthi's father in the film. Apart from these, Rajkiran, Suri, and Saranya Poonavanan are also in important roles.

Virman has been released on 400 to 500 screens in Tamil Nadu. The film has done business of 5 crores on the first day. Apart from this, the film has so far earned more than 70 crores by selling the rights of music and OTT.

M Muttiah is known for presenting the story in a different way. After films like Kodiveeran and Komban, Muttiah has once again brought the village picture to the big screen in Viruman. Village youth Viruman (Karthi) learns that his father Prakash Raj is the reason behind his mother Saranya Poonavannan's suicide, he leaves the house and seeks revenge on his father. What he does to take revenge on his father and whether he succeeds in his intentions is the story of the film.
