Water Adventure Aports: Bilaspur will become the hub of water adventure sports


Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh will become the hub of water and adventure sports in the state. Himachal government will develop infrastructure for this in Gobind Sagar lake. Along with this a new indoor stadium construction and water sports hostel will be started. In which there will be facility to organize twenty games simultaneously. Here the government has prepared a plan to promote water and adventure sports. Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur said this.


In fact, addressing a program organized in Bilaspur on the occasion of 75 years of the formation of Himachal Pradesh, Anurag Thakur said that there is a lot of potential for water sports and adventure sports in Bilaspur. Here the government has prepared a plan to promote water and adventure sports. Work is being done to get it off the ground. Apart from this, he took a jibe at the Congress and said that after the formation of the Modi government at the Center in the year 2014, AIIMS was approved for a small state like Himachal. But the then Congress government of the state gave the land in 2017. Had the previous Congress government at that time given land for the construction of AIIMS, then AIIMS would have been ready two years earlier. Now the work of AIIMS is in progress.


Bilaspur will emerge as a hub of water and adventure sports


Let us inform that with the commencement of sports activities in Govind Sagar Lake, Bilaspur will emerge as a hub of water and adventure sports. A water sports hostel will also be built in the district. Athletic track, hockey ground, indoor stadium and cricket ground have been built in the Kahlur sports complex of Bilaspur. Indoor stadium is out of date. Now another new indoor stadium will be built here. 20 types of sports can be played in this stadium. He said that with the development of such infrastructure, it will attract tourists and employment will also increase.

In the program organized in Bilaspur, Union Minister Anurag Thakur attacked the Congress party. Anurag Thakur said that the country is progressing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and leaving behind the country which has ruled India for 200 years, India has got the fifth position in the economy, which is a great achievement.
